About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitoring changes in tax regulations and initiating implementation activities
  • Supporting the Tax Manager in providing tax advice to finance and business stakeholders
  • Preparing tax analyses, research, and opinions
  • Supporting tax projects, including M&A transactions, restructurings, tax audits, and tax reviews
  • Coordinating activities related to Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation
  • Conducting internal tax reviews
  • Participating in the preparation and submission of MDR reports
  • Cooperating with external tax advisors
  • Participating in the development and update of local tax procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in a tax advisory firm or an in-house tax department
  • Practical knowledge of VAT, CIT, WHT, Transfer Pricing (TP), and MDR regulations
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • University degree (preferably in Finance & Accounting, Law, or a related field)
  • Ability to work independently and organize own workload effectively
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Very good MS Excel skills
  • Experience working closely with business teams and finance departments (Nice to Have)
  • Tax Advisor license (Polish Ministry of Finance) obtained or currently in progress (Nice to Have)
