About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for maintaining the condition of the building and equipment
- Perform general maintenance and complete simple repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial areas
- Execute and maintain preventative maintenance systems
- Collaborate with site management on routine inspections
- Inspect, diagnose, and make emergency repairs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have at least one year of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair work experience and/or other training
- Basic computer skills
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance and service problems
