About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate safety and quality functions and assist the Supervisor
- Audit shipments, work areas, processes, or other areas assigned by management
- Ensure the warehouse is compliant with safety and quality policies and principles
- Implement safety and training programs
- Maintain the Document Control Center, Data and Records of the Quality System
- Support documentation and follow-up on Internal Audits, QMS/QIS, and Corrective Actions from Internal Audits
- Update visual aids, process instructions, and quality procedures
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
- Perform plant tours to detect non-compliance within the quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
- Previous inventory experience
- Current or previous experience with Quality Management System
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Windows or Visio
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
