About the role

  • Independently manage ongoing accounting for national and international entities within our corporate group
  • Ensure accurate and transparent bookkeeping and perform regular account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements and record business transactions in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Actively participate in standardizing, optimizing and digitizing our accounting processes — your ideas are welcome!

Requirements

  • Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or a comparable commercial qualification — ideally complemented by several years of accounting experience
  • Successfully completed advanced training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant)
  • Strong numerical affinity and excellent analytical thinking skills
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and fluent English
  • Solid knowledge of financial, tax and commercial law
  • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Excellent DATEV skills and confident use of MS Office and digital interfaces
  • Independent, structured and precise working style
