About the role

  • We are looking for a broadly skilled marketing professional to further develop our brands, equally proficient in strategy and execution.
  • Further develop our marketing strategy in coordination with management
  • Define objectives and establish cross-channel reporting
  • Integrate AI-supported solutions to optimize content and processes
  • Plan and execute our social media activities (LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Create expert articles, blog posts and press releases
  • Develop and implement our newsletter strategy
  • Develop our employer brand in collaboration with HR
  • Maintain and further develop the content of our websites
  • Design, manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns
  • Analyze all marketing channels and derive optimization measures
  • Support events from a marketing perspective (content, communications, design)
  • Create digital marketing materials

Requirements

  • Completed (Master's) degree with a focus on Marketing, E‑Business, Media or a related field, with a strong academic record
  • Relevant professional experience in marketing preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
  • High level of initiative and a careful, detail-oriented working style
  • Confident, authentic presence and a communicative personality
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
