What you’ll need

You have a "let's get things done" mentality and aren’t afraid of new challenges
You have experience working with TypeScript
You speak fluent German and have very good communication skills
You are a pragmatic doer — you take action and don’t like long discussions
Bonus: experience with effect-based development (Effect.ts)
Familiarity with terms like embeddings, RAG, or OCR
Experience in the insurance industry
