About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the packaging and branding for several brands within Dreamwear.
Recommend a visual representation of the concept for all new projects.
Communicate the objectives both orally and visually.
Maintain communication between business and creative types and review other designers' work.
Execute design of garment hangtags, logos, mockups, production approval, and retouching of images.
Fully responsible for the layout of packaging artwork across the team and understand die-lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive digital creativity, website, and trend sheets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years' experience working as a Packaging Designer; management or leadership experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Master at Adobe Suite: Illustrator & Photo Shop required; Premier a plus
Must have a demonstrated ability to adapt brand guidelines to multiple uses; also need to have a strong eye for design aesthetics and visual details.
Online portfolio that demonstrates a passion for design and attention to detail.
Experience with Squarespace or CSS or HTML5 is a plus.
