About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively manage customer interactions by providing exceptional support
- Assist with in-house engineering tasks related to product, process, and software enhancements
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Deliver presentations, generate reports, and perform data analysis to drive improvement
- Provide technical support to clients and assist with calibration and performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or Mechatronic Engineering (B.Eng)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic fault diagnosis and system improvements
- Software development experience (Python, Pascal, or C)
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Bash scripting
- Strong technical knowledge of software development best practices
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Professional fluency in Spanish and ideally English
- Availability for international travel (up to 50% of working days annually)
