About the role
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and systems
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
- Analyze engagement survey data and proactively address trends
- Develop and enforce HR policies for DMPS
- Manage the third-party whistleblowing portal with confidentiality and integrity
- Develop the L&D framework and systems (LMS, external platforms)
- Implement the remuneration policy and job grading (WTW Global Grading)
- Develop and manage the annual HR budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR generalist or managerial experience, ideally in a global or multi-territory context
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
