Global Human Resources Manager
DraslovkaGlobal Human Resources Manager leading meaningful HR initiatives for Draslovka Mining Process Solutions. Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, engagement, policy compliance, and development frameworks.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and systems
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
- Analyze engagement survey data and proactively address trends
- Develop and enforce HR policies for DMPS
- Manage the third-party whistleblowing portal with confidentiality and integrity
- Develop the L&D framework and systems (LMS, external platforms)
- Implement the remuneration policy and job grading (WTW Global Grading)
- Develop and manage the annual HR budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR generalist or managerial experience, ideally in a global or multi-territory context
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
