About the role

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and systems
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
  • Analyze engagement survey data and proactively address trends
  • Develop and enforce HR policies for DMPS
  • Manage the third-party whistleblowing portal with confidentiality and integrity
  • Develop the L&D framework and systems (LMS, external platforms)
  • Implement the remuneration policy and job grading (WTW Global Grading)
  • Develop and manage the annual HR budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of HR generalist or managerial experience, ideally in a global or multi-territory context
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
