About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and realization of production processes for existing and new products
Analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues in Production
Provide fast and effective technical solutions to reduce downtime and improve product quality.
Design poka‑yoke concepts
Create line balancing.
Perform time studies.
Perform equipment capacity planning.
Perform personnel capacity planning.
Verify and correct bill of materials.
Create, maintain and improve plant layout.
Optimize material flow.
Analyze and monitor production methods, as well as improving them.
Create process specifications.
Identify improvement potential in product and production processes.
Implement released optimizations.
Coordinate relevant plannings with other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree in technical field
Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Engineer / IE Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
Good self-learning skill is essential.
Good English communication
Hands-on experience in poka‑yoke design.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good at communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, a service-oriented approach, a can-do attitude, a pursuit of perfection, realism, solution-focused thinking, and a commitment to self-improvement.
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive optimal decisions.
Ability of self-planning and prioritizing activities.
Experience working in excel.
Creative and innovative mindset.
