About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Dunning/collections
- Processing commission statements
- Correspondence with billing agencies
- Handling incoming emails
- Allocation/posting of business transactions
- Support with ongoing financial accounting
- Invoice verification
- Monitoring and maintenance of open-items lists
- Handling payment transactions and executing transfers
- Performing general administrative tasks, primarily in the accounting area
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification in accounting
- Professional experience in financial accounting would be an advantage
- Knowledge of EBM / GOÄ billing desirable
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
- Confident user of Office applications
- Knowledge of relevant software is desirable
- Structured, careful and results-oriented working style
- Reliability, discretion and team spirit
