About the role
- Drive the comprehensive marketing strategy, execution of marketing programs for the Dr. Ora Group of brands
- Spearhead brand positioning, discern target audiences, and architect marketing blueprints to bolster business objectives across varied channels and segments.
- Steer and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with set targets and overarching objectives.
- Distill insights from customer behavior, emerging consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to formulate result-oriented strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Profound understanding of the retail and consumer product industry.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Analytical acumen with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects.
