About the role
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team specializing in SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- Design, development and implementation of innovative software solutions using ABAP Objects in the SAP TM environment
- Technical responsibility for developing and implementing customer-specific solutions and integrating them into existing SAP landscapes
- Management and handling of change requests for existing customers
- Close collaboration and alignment with consultants, business units and external partners in national and international projects
- Responsibility for quality management and technical implementation within projects
- Promoting an agile, innovation-driven way of working within the team
Requirements
- University degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
- Ideally some management experience; at minimum experience in the technical coordination of development teams
- Solid experience implementing complex development projects, preferably related to logistics or transport management processes
- Strong technical understanding, analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Excellent German skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
