Sales Manager – Indonesia

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for commercial sales in Indonesia
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Managing and growing existing key accounts and distribution partners
- Identifying new product opportunities
- Representing the company at trade shows and events
- Coordinating sales activities with other departments
- Planning the annual sales budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business/Economics, or Veterinary Medicine
- At least 3 years' experience in the feed industry, including experience in additive sales
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Business-fluent English and fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong customer orientation and sales aptitude
- Experience in project management
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
