About the role

  • Support mapping the user journey and identifying areas for improvement in digital products
  • Assist in creating wireframes, flows, prototypes and interfaces (low- and medium-fidelity)
  • Collaborate on conducting user research (interviews, usability tests, benchmarking)
  • Help organize and update product and design documentation (e.g., flows, journeys, hypotheses)
  • Contribute ideas to improve user experience (UX) and product usability
  • Attend alignment meetings with Product, Technology and other teams involved (dailies and follow-ups)
  • Support analysis of user feedback and product usage data
  • Assist in visual standardization and maintenance of the design system
  • Monitor the development of solutions with the technical team, ensuring adherence to UX proposals
  • Provide support for activities related to the continuous evolution of DPOnet's digital products

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Design, UX/UI Design, Product Design, Information Systems, Technology or related fields
  • Genuine interest in user experience, usability and digital products
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, analytical and eager to learn
  • Creative mindset to propose user-centered solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) of tools such as Figma, FigJam or similar
