Key responsibilities & impact

Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware components
Fault analysis, troubleshooting and carrying out repairs
Maintenance of customer systems in time & attendance and access control
Guiding customers during commissioning
Supporting our support team
Maintaining and updating existing documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Willingness to travel occasionally for 2–3 days for on-site assignments
Valid driver’s license (Class B)
Good command of German
