About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and manage user acquisition campaigns on iOS, Android and desktop
- Track, report and analyze metrics, applying learnings to scale campaigns and develop new media strategies
- Establish collaborative relationships with media partners to launch and test campaigns, expand reach, and meet KPIs
- Develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and ROI
- Actively contribute to the evolution of team processes and workflow
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates
- Track gaming industry trends, search algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
- Create SEO reports and communicate performance insights, recommendations, and KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers and web teams to implement SEO best practices during site updates and feature releases
- Continue adding skills to your toolkit, including keeping connected to developments in UA, SEO and marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related technical degree or the equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of work in SEO with a track record of positive, measurable results
- Knowledgeable or experience in digital media buying and/or planning
- Major mobile ad platforms (Facebook, Adwords, etc.)
- Experience or knowledge of CPI, CPA, ROAS, buying
- Knowledgeable in mobile user acquisition and retention analysis at scale, preferably with free to-play games
- Knowledge of 3rd party mobile attribution
- Experience managing A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests
- Strong and solid understanding of SEO best practices, process and tools including experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, data driven and detail oriented
- Incredible communication skills with the ability to garner buy-in from multiple levels of management
- Proficient with Excel, pivot tables and Power Point
- A motivated self-starter and be willing to learn and contribute to the success of the team, partners and company
- Must be able to work in our hybrid environment based out of our Seattle, WA office
