About the role
- Collaborate closely with a team of 3 QA Engineers to ship software via Continuous Delivery (CD)
- Perform manual testing across both web and mobile platforms to ensure high-quality user experiences
- Help evaluate acceptance criteria (AC) completeness and clarity and add improvements where needed
- Write test cases and manage testing efforts using Qase Test Management (or similar tools)
- Balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Apply AI tools in innovative ways to drive higher productivity, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.
- Actively contribute to team conversations by identifying risks, developing test plans, and ensuring alignment on quality and coverage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in fast-paced environments, ideally shipping to production regularly
- Strong experience writing and evaluating acceptance criteria that drive clear, testable outcomes
- Experienced in testing both mobile apps and web applications
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively with your team
- A quick learner who thrives on adapting to shifting priorities and project needs
- Familiarity with test case management tools such as BrowserStack or similar
- Bonus: Experience with Postman, SQL, and/or accounting products
