Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily operations by working alongside the team

Oversee slotting, stocking, condensing, and damage control

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting
Proficient level in English communication skills
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail
Medium computer skills (e.g., WMS systems, Excel)
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, late shifts, and weekends
