About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain Windows, Web, and Mobile applications using .NET MAUI and Microsoft technologies.
Build cloud-connected solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and AI services.
Develop portals, shop-floor applications, collaboration tools, and mobile solutions.
Participate in solution architecture sessions to design scalable systems, processes, and data flows that enhance ERP capabilities.
Implement AI-powered features, including computer vision, OCR, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support business decision-making.
Integrate applications with ERP systems, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, CRM platforms, and third-party solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across Costa Rica and the U.S. to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives following Lean Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
