Recruitment

• The Recruiter will oversee and administer the full cycle recruitment process across the organization for employees and contractors, as directed by the Manager of Recruiting. This role acts as an internal consultant; collaborates with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s recruitment needs to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Deploys a variety of sourcing and networking techniques to research, identify, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract a wide and diverse pool of qualified candidates. In coordination with Human Resources, process requisitions, publish job postings, source candidates, schedule interviews and extend employment offers. The Recruiter is responsible for administering pre-employment screening, collecting required onboarding documentation, and coordinating travel. Leads and/or supports recruiting processes, programs, and projects, as assigned.
