About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage material purchasing requests across assigned markets
Review and validate purchase requests for accuracy and job association
Work directly with approved vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times
Create and track purchase orders while ensuring timely turnaround
Coordinate deliveries to warehouses and job sites
Resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices
Support accounting with invoice matching and documentation
Help enforce purchasing processes and company SOPs
Track purchasing metrics and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Experience with purchasing, warehouse operations, or dispatching is a plus
Plumbing, HVAC, or home services experience is a MUST
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic Excel functions
Team player with a problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
