About the role
- Define and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn and X, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage daily operations of corporate social channels, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
- Contribute to other corporate communication touchpoints, including internal blog, newsletters, and external publications.
- Deliver high-quality copywriting in Italian for product marketing initiatives, including product launches, website content, presentations, white papers, and other collateral.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement assets, helping translate technical concepts into business-oriented messaging.
- Participate in the crafting of value propositions and product messaging in collaboration with the product marketing team.
- Work closely with designers and video producers to ensure cohesive storytelling across written and visual formats.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across Italian-language channels and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with how deep-tech and AI companies communicate, monitoring trends, competitors, and linguistic evolutions in the market.
Requirements
- Native-level Italian and excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management within the tech, deep tech, or AI industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Strong copywriting skills in Italian, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse formats and audiences.
- Solid understanding of the technology and AI landscape, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging content.
- High level of proactivity, ownership, and autonomy in managing projects end-to-end.
- Ability to grasp complex technologies and turn them into clear, engaging, and business-relevant language
- Familiarity with content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel publishing.
