About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop analytical solutions and corporate dashboards in Power BI
Convert data into strategic insights to support decision-making
Work from requirements gathering through to final delivery of solutions
Build dashboards, reports and executive, tactical and operational panels in Power BI
Apply data visualization best practices, data storytelling and UX principles
Develop semantic models, metrics and KPIs using DAX and dimensional modeling
Analyze and optimize reports, queries and semantic models to ensure performance and scalability
Collaborate with business areas to define KPIs, business rules and analytical requirements
Deliver end-to-end projects, ensuring quality, standardization and added value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience developing corporate dashboards and analytical solutions
Advanced knowledge of dashboard design, data storytelling, user experience (UX) and visualization best practices
Strong command of DAX and SQL for data analysis and manipulation
Solid knowledge of dimensional modeling (Star Schema)
Experience building complex measures and semantic models
Experience with DAX Studio, Tabular Editor and Performance Analyzer for model and report analysis and optimization
Knowledge of Semantic Models, Direct Lake, Lakehouse and integration with the Power BI/Fabric ecosystem
Databricks is a plus
Microsoft PL-300 certification is a plus
Figma or other prototyping and dashboard design tools are a plus
Ability to understand processes, KPIs and business needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions
Ability to interpret complex scenarios, propose improvements and support data-driven decision making
Commitment to visual quality, information consistency and user experience
Ability to lead end-to-end deliveries, continuously seeking improvements and innovation
