About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design, and execute manual functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests
Create and maintain test cases and scenarios
Identify, log, document, and track defects until resolution
Validate functional requirements and business rules
Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product, Business, and Development teams
Ensure the quality of deliveries across different environments
Support user acceptance and validation processes
Contribute to defining and improving QA processes
Support test automation initiatives by creating or maintaining automated scripts when applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with manual testing of web applications and/or APIs
Knowledge of creating test scenarios, test cases, and test evidence
Experience in identifying and managing bugs
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
Experience with test management and issue-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar (plus)
Experience testing APIs using Postman, Insomnia, or equivalent tools (plus)
Basic programming knowledge for test automation (plus)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (plus)
Knowledge of databases and SQL queries (plus)
Software Quality certifications (ISTQB or similar) (plus)
Organized with attention to detail
Critical and investigative thinking
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive in identifying risks and improvements
Commitment to product quality and user experience
