Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and organize Azure DevOps Boards, ensuring: Correct backlog structure (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks)
Appropriate prioritization of requests
Clear visibility of task status
Ensure correct and consistent completion of items in Azure DevOps
Track updates made by the team
Enforce and guide the team on proper use of the tool
Keep data organized and reliable
Perform daily monitoring of activities
Monitor team progress
Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks
Support replanning when necessary
Create and maintain tracking reports and KPIs
Status reports
Burndown / progress
Backlog vs deliveries
Azure DevOps dashboards
Organize and monitor backlog and demand pipeline
Ensure traceability of work being done
Clearly separate: In Progress, Backlog, Done
Attend meetings for: Requirements gathering, Project follow-up, Refinement, Work on documentation and communication, Prepare meeting minutes, Consolidate status reports and Communicate with stakeholders about progress and risks

Experience in project management (PMO) and/or as a Product Owner
