About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the user experience and visual layer of the Qubio platform, working side-by-side with front-end developers.
Collaborate with Taras to develop product interfaces based on LLMs.
Integrate interfaces with Node.js and Azure backends.
Maintain a high delivery velocity using AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has built interfaces for LLM-based products, including conversational chats, streaming rendering (token-by-token), tool-calling visualization and agent steps, as well as human-in-the-loop approval flows following patterns like our “suggest → create draft → execute” flow.
Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including concepts such as streaming (SSE/WebSockets), UX considerations related to latency, token management, and front-end error handling and retry strategies.
Strong conceptual knowledge of agentic architectures, including agents, tool-calling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol), and the ability to build interfaces for an agent-based backend with minimal direction.
Uses AI-assisted development tools daily (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code or v0) to maintain a high delivery velocity.
3–6 years of full-stack development experience with a strong front-end focus and a track record of delivering production B2B SaaS applications.
Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router) and Tailwind CSS, with consistent experience using TanStack Query, state management, and building/maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Able to integrate interfaces with Node.js and Azure backends, working with REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks and OAuth2 integration flows (calendar, email, chat, CRM, payments), ensuring reliability through best practices such as automatic retries and idempotency.
Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
