About the role

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients (in-person or remote): interviews, journey mapping and requirements gathering;
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapting language, pace and deliverables to each client's context;
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes and specifications of sufficient quality to guide development without rework;
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the experience delivers measurable value;
  • Defend design decisions clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in UX/UI;
  • Advanced Figma (design systems, components, Auto Layout and interactive prototyping);
  • Experience in discovery and research: user interviews, journey mapping and problem definition;
  • Ability to create high-quality handoffs that reduce rework between design and development;
  • Product-minded: considers business, user and technical feasibility simultaneously.
