About the role
- Serve as the product owner, defining and prioritizing the backlog based on business value
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for the development team
- Lead the definition and monitoring of OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage and prioritize requests in management tools (agile boards)
- Act as a link between business stakeholders, technology, and operations teams
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement, etc.)
- Ensure continuous product evolution, focusing on operational efficiency and user experience
- Monitor product metrics and performance indicators
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner / Senior Product Manager
- Experience with international trade products, quotation platforms, or related solutions
- Experience defining and tracking OKRs
- Strong experience in backlog management and demand prioritization
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile
- More than 10 years of experience in the field.
