About the role

  • Serve as the product owner, defining and prioritizing the backlog based on business value
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for the development team
  • Lead the definition and monitoring of OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Manage and prioritize requests in management tools (agile boards)
  • Act as a link between business stakeholders, technology, and operations teams
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement, etc.)
  • Ensure continuous product evolution, focusing on operational efficiency and user experience
  • Monitor product metrics and performance indicators

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner / Senior Product Manager
  • Experience with international trade products, quotation platforms, or related solutions
  • Experience defining and tracking OKRs
  • Strong experience in backlog management and demand prioritization
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels
  • Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile
  • More than 10 years of experience in the field.
