About the role

  • Conduct process mapping and design (AS IS / TO BE);
  • Develop and document business rules;
  • Create detailed functional specifications for development;
  • Act as a bridge between business areas and technology;
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources;
  • Support the definition of KPIs and data validation;
  • Ensure consistency and quality of information used in the project.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Functional / Process / Business Analyst;
  • Strong background in process mapping and functional documentation;
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements;
  • Analytical profile with a data-driven approach and an understanding of databases and data structures;
  • Experience analyzing data from sources such as IQVIA and Close-Up (important differentiator);
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Senior profile with autonomy and a critical perspective on processes.
