About the role
- You will temporarily assume responsibility for the financial management and overall oversight of a facility
- You will lead and shape staff recruitment, workforce planning, personnel management, and retention
- You will be the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the facility
- You will promote and develop your colleagues through initiative and by setting a positive example
- You will actively contribute to the professional development of your colleagues
- You will support our facility managers with onboarding and professional development
Requirements
- Degree in social, nursing or healthcare management, or nursing qualification with an appropriate additional certification
- Qualification according to §2 HeimPersV
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in a care facility
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of customer and employee orientation
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel regionally and flexibility
