About the role
- Professional delivery of basic and treatment nursing care in our secure residential unit for people with dementia
- Implementation of the expert standard "Relationship Design in the Nursing Care of People with Dementia"
- Preparation and updating of nursing documentation
- Supporting residents in their daily routines and activities
- Guiding and onboarding new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified/registered nurse or equivalent, with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and structured approach to work
- Willingness to pursue further professional development
