About the role

  • You oversee and optimize administrative processes in the facilities
  • You contribute to the further development of our quality management system

Requirements

  • Commercial training, preferably with a specialization in healthcare, or an equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of the service catalog according to SGB XI
  • Professional experience in the social and healthcare sector with a focus on quality assurance
  • Flexibility, willingness to work, high reliability and social competence
  • Very good knowledge of common IT applications
  • Enjoyment of a mix of desk-based and practical tasks
  • Economic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly
