About the role
- Professionally provide basic and treatment nursing care in our secure living unit for residents with dementia
- Implement the expert standard "Relationship design in the care of people with dementia"
- Create and update nursing documentation
- Support residents in organizing their daily activities
- Supervise and onboard new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse) or equivalent, with further professional training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
