About the role
- Organize and handle administrative tasks
- Process and maintain personnel and payroll records
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners
- Support facility management in day‑to‑day operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with a focus on healthcare
- Experience in the administration of a care facility desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting, billing and other software applications
