About the role
- You independently carry out basic and treatment care on our secure residential unit for residents with dementia
- You provide professional care to residents with challenging behaviour
- You are familiar with the expert standard “Relationship-building in the care of people with dementia” and apply it in daily practice
- You create and update the computer-assisted nursing documentation (structural model)
- Residents are your priority: you promote and support the abilities of the people entrusted to you
Requirements
- Qualified nurse with successfully completed specialist training as a gerontopsychiatric nurse
- Enjoyment in caring for people with dementia
- Basic knowledge of the structural model is desirable
