About the role

  • You will work closely with the Head of Engineering and take on tasks across the entire development process: from data modeling and API design to integrating external interfaces and optimizing backend processes.
  • Implement backend features (e.g., using Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or similar languages)
  • Data processing and interface integration (e.g., with external APIs or Excel/CSV systems)
  • Set up and maintain internal tools or small web modules
  • Contribute to data structures, logging, scalability, and code quality
  • Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to translate requirements into clear technical steps.
  • Actively contribute to the further development of our AI-powered applications and automations.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of a modern backend language (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or similar)
  • Understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, Excel) and proper data processing
  • Basic understanding of DevOps or cloud topics (e.g., Docker, monitoring, API design)
  • Structured, independent working style – you don’t like half-finished solutions
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and the desire to integrate new technologies into our platform in a meaningful way.
