You will work closely with the Head of Engineering and take on tasks across the entire development process: from data modeling and API design to integrating external interfaces and optimizing backend processes.
Implement backend features (e.g., using Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or similar languages)
Data processing and interface integration (e.g., with external APIs or Excel/CSV systems)
Set up and maintain internal tools or small web modules
Contribute to data structures, logging, scalability, and code quality
Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to translate requirements into clear technical steps.
Actively contribute to the further development of our AI-powered applications and automations.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of a modern backend language (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or similar)
Understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, Excel) and proper data processing
Basic understanding of DevOps or cloud topics (e.g., Docker, monitoring, API design)
Structured, independent working style – you don’t like half-finished solutions
Willingness to take responsibility and to familiarize yourself with new topics
Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and the desire to integrate new technologies into our platform in a meaningful way.
