About the role

  • You will work closely with the technical lead and take on tasks throughout the entire development process: from data modeling and API design to integrating external interfaces and optimizing backend processes.
  • Implement backend features (e.g., using Node.js, PHP, Python, Go or similar languages)
  • Data processing and interface integration (e.g., external APIs or Excel/CSV systems)
  • Set up and maintain internal tools or small web modules
  • Contribute to data structures, logging, scalability and code quality
  • Closely coordinate with product and technology teams to translate requirements into clear technical steps
  • Actively contribute to the further development of our AI-powered applications and automations

Requirements

  • Solid experience with a modern backend language (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go or similar)
  • Understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, Excel) and clean data processing
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps or cloud topics (e.g., Docker, monitoring, API design)
  • Structured, independent working style — you don’t like half-finished solutions
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and a desire to integrate new technologies into our platform in a meaningful way
