About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interact with and handle dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes
Educate clients and improve the behavior and obedience of their dogs while strengthening their bond
Provide live training services
Adapt your training plan to fit the individual needs of each dog, their temperament and behavior
Show compassion and provide stellar customer service to every client
Maintain thorough communication with both clients and Dog Academy team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years of age
Professional Dog Trainer Certification preferred
Deep understanding of dog behavior, body language and positive training methods
Ability to nurture a relationship with each client, ensuring they understand the training process and monitoring their progress throughout the training process
Strong attention to detail and ability to customize training plans at each session as needed
