About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. Collaborate with HR to screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure new hires are welcomed and equipped with the training they need to succeed.
- Training & Development. Drive career development initiatives, succession planning, and conduct annual appraisals to support continuous growth and performance.
- Workforce Planning. Ensure effective staffing across onshore and offshore teams by aligning personnel planning with operational needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Business Administration or similar
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office package
- Fluent in English
