- We are seeking an Offshore Machinery Integrity Engineer to strengthen fleet maintenance processes in Brazil, directly contributing to operational reliability, operational safety and regulatory compliance of the vessels.

Requirements
- Support the integrity management of the fleet's machinery systems;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of vessel maintenance plans;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance and operational reliability;
- Perform data analysis applied to maintenance management;
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes and failure investigations;
- Ensure processes are aligned with applicable standards and regulations;
- Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements, especially in the context of audits;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the fleet's technical processes;
- Contribute to strengthening quality and machinery integrity management;
- Work together with technical and HSEQ teams to ensure standardization and operational safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Engineering;
- Active registration with the appropriate professional council (CREA).
- Experience managing maintenance systems applied to vessels;
- Data analysis focused on reliability and maintenance;
- Development, monitoring and analysis of KPIs;
- Presentation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Agile;
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving orientation.
- Previous experience in maintenance, process management or execution management of repairs on offshore vessels;
- Knowledge of cargo handling operations and maneuvers in an offshore environment;
- Experience with accident investigation and failure analysis;
- Applied knowledge of Regulatory Standards NR-12 and NR-34 in the maritime context;
- Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance will be considered a differential.
