About the role

  • Ensure that all cargo logistics documentation for imports and exports to and from the Philippines is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure that correct logistics and compliance processes are consistently followed.
  • Demonstrate behaviours aligned with a clear understanding of DOF and Prime Energy Values, with a strong commitment to zero harm to personal safety, the safety of others, the environment, and the Company’s identity and reputation.
  • Implement and maintain Company logistics procedures and practices in compliance with Philippine regulations, in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with DOF forwarding agents to ensure all documentation for cargo imports and exports is complete and accurate.
  • Review and coordinate with the Base Logistics Coordinator and respective requestors to verify the correctness of all cargo import and export documentation.
  • Initiate export permit applications for trade-controlled cargo in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and file all logistics documentation in compliance with Bureau of Customs audit requirements.
  • Ensure that all Company logistics permits are valid and up to date, and coordinate with the Company Philippine Office Manager to renew permits as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Custom Administration or an equivalent discipline.
  • Marine or maritime-related knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, compliance, industrial operations, warehouse, yard, or shipping-related environments.
  • Experience in construction sites, shipping yards, port, or marine operations is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in logistics operations or customs brokerage is beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine Customs regulations and processes is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role is an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers.
  • Relevant training programs may be considered in lieu of direct experience.
  • Strong documentation control and attention to detail.
  • Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and capacity to work under time pressure.
  • High level of integrity, compliance awareness, and accountability.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
