About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, maintain, and continuously optimize marketing systems for scalability and performance
  • Contribute to AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and other AI-driven marketing solutions
  • Support and improve the HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization, data integrity, lead flow, and platform alignment
  • Build and refine predictive lead-scoring models
  • Monitor workflows and resolve errors around MQL qualification and lead assignment/delivery
  • Use data enrichment and custom-coded workflow actions for advanced automation
  • Create, manage, and document system processes and train users on best practices
  • Maintain CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance
  • Implement lead scoring, lead sources, chatbots, and marketing automation tactics
  • Manage campaign-related data imports, accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation
  • Manage data security and governance for marketing-system data
  • Partner with internal teams to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and communicate improvements
  • Drive cross-platform integrations and collaborate with system administrators and data teams
  • Monitor internal and external data and technology changes, including AI advancements
  • Help evaluate future technology solutions for the marketing team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation or other marketing technology
  • HubSpot experience is required
  • Salesforce experience, particularly HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization, is a plus
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with predictive lead scoring, data enrichment, and custom-coded workflow actions is highly valued
  • Demonstrated experience using technology and marketing expertise to improve processes and performance
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude with initiative and follow-through
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong level of business English
  • Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or role location; visa sponsorship is unavailable
