About the role
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 SDRs, promoting continuous development and a focus on high performance
- Ensure the efficiency of the outbound operation, from MQL lead through qualification and meeting scheduling
- Monitor critical KPIs such as conversion rates and response time
- Review cadence flows and propose data-driven improvements
- Conduct call reviews, provide feedback, run trainings and roleplays with the team
- Work strategically with Marketing and Sales to optimize the qualification funnel
- Propose improvements to commercial processes and workflows
- Ensure the onboarding and integration of new SDRs
Requirements
- Solid experience leading SDR or sales teams
- Hands-on experience leading teams in B2B outbound operations
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree completed
