4–8 years of professional experience
Strong project management experience (complex, cross-functional initiatives)
Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO-like function
Proven ability to drive execution of budget in fast-paced environments
Understanding of sales funnel and ability to
Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
Background in consulting, strategy, or high-growth tech/startup environments
Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models
Experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue or budget targets
Comfort working with data (SQL/BI knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory)
Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Go-to-Market teams
Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models (Nice to have)
Experience in healthcare or technology environments (Nice to have)
Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python) (Nice to have)
Experience working with multicultural, multi-market organizations (Nice to have)
