About the role
- We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Brand Designer with a strong blend of performance creative and graphic design expertise.
- You have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for creating high-converting designs, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Beyond crafting visually compelling work, you're a collaborative team player - eager to share feedback and ensure every project aligns with both marketing objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- You'll work closely with marketing specialists, understanding how design decisions directly impact their performance metrics and business results.
- You'll deliver design solutions primarily for Spanish-speaking markets, leveraging your understanding of cultural nuances, local marketing trends, and audience behaviors, with potential to expand to other markets.
- Design for paid advertising, social media, events, print collateral, and more to ensure we deliver communications that convert.
- As a senior contributor, you'll independently manage stakeholder relationships, prioritize competing demands, and drive process improvements that benefit the entire team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand and performance creative work
- Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social and digital advertising
- 7+ years of professional Brand Design experience
- Experience in ensuring the holistic application of brand standards across all design touch points
- Hands-on video editing experience—from raw footage to final delivery, with a focus on content for ads and social media (e.g., reels, short-form video)
- Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates,..) and how design influences performance
- Data-driven mindset with ability to iterate based on performance metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Experience working with branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands, coupled with a strong background in successfully implementing branding guidelines and co-branding guidelines
- Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design, demonstrating measurable success in paid advertising creatives
- Experience with Frontify or similar DAM/brand management platforms is a big plus
- Top-notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
