About the role
- Responsible for creating and improving user interfaces
- Conduct user research and analyze data for user experience improvements
- Develop design concepts and create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
- Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes and test solutions with users
- Collaborate with product, development, and other teams
- Monitor product performance and propose solutions for optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating interfaces and digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating product design skills
- Knowledge in user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Ability to present ideas and listen to feedback
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of web and mobile development principles
- Understanding of design culture and its application in product development
- Ability to evaluate flows and identify bottlenecks
