  • Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data
  • Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization — we're a global company

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales/Marketing Ops
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies
  • Fluent in English — you'll use it daily
  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Have experience in tech companies/startups (especially B2B SaaS for SMBs)
  • Possess strong SQL skills
  • Have experience with Salesforce
  • Are based in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro
