About the role
- Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans
- Review and analyze operational and renewal data
- Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making
- Participate in regional process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization — we're a global company
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Marketing Ops
- Extensive experience with HubSpot
- Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies
- Fluent in English — you'll use it daily
- Experience working in Agile environments

- Have experience in tech companies/startups (especially B2B SaaS for SMBs)
- Possess strong SQL skills
- Have experience with Salesforce
- Are based in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro
