About the role
- Define and set key results for your team
- Lead a product team in collaboration with operations, business, engineering and design
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and measure performance against KPIs
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their pain points
- Balance business objectives and customer needs across departments
- Define short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for growth and new features
- Rally stakeholders around the product vision
- Use product management methods and tools to prioritize initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate and optimize existing solutions
- Deliver effective solutions that solve real problems
- Create and maintain documentation for improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of delivering successful products
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize product usage data
- High energy, strong sense of ownership, and excellent communication skills
- User-focused with the ability to prioritize opportunities
- Hands-on mindset, able to switch between strategic and operational work
- Experience solving complex problems and presenting impactful solutions
- Experience analyzing user pain points and needs, and validating hypotheses
- Fluency in English is required
- Bonus: experience in the healthcare industry or having founded/worked at a startup
