Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B)
  • Experience building PLG flywheels and/or transforming an organization from Sales-Led to Product-Led
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with P&L accountability
  • Analytical skills to synthesize product data and derive actionable insights
  • Scale execution across distributed teams
  • Judgment on moving fast and scrappy vs investing in infrastructure
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, building AI SaaS products (bonus)
